We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

How to start a return

To request a return, please use the track & trace email you received after your order was shipped.
In this email, simply click on “Return item” and follow the steps shown.

Returns that are sent back without first requesting a return through this process cannot be accepted.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be in the same condition as received

• Be unused and unopened

• Be in its original packaging

• Include proof of purchase

Damages or issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-returnable items

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different productt is to return your item and place a new order once the return is approved.

EU 14-day cooling-off period

For orders shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving a reason, provided the item meets the return conditions listed above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
